As they state themselves in the brief, it is a very informal and friendly tone of voice, featuring some play on words and more humorous copy alongside the more girly and fashion based talk. Most of the copy is kept quite short and sweet, I'm assuming because they don't want to bore anyone with long texts about the history of the brand. That's not what youthful female consumers are really concerned with. To make an impact, it needs to be short and snappy.
