I showed my cover designs in a mini crit to get some feedback on how to develop them.
Some feedback I received.
Strengths:
Concept and use of imagery works well
The typeface works with the imagery
Areas to improve:
Composition of some of the type could be looked at so that it feels less cluttered/ more organised.
The colour could be looked at, does red have a link to the story?
