Unfortunately the envelopes that we printed for the brief turned out to be a bit of a disaster, as the stock was too thick to cut ourselves we used the laser cutter, but the net was too small and the laser cutter left the white stock in a bit of a mess.
Myself and Hannah decided that it would be more beneficial for our final outcomes to buy some nicely designed and finished envelopes online. We have ordered these from an Etsy store so fingers crossed they get here before the deadline or that's a tenner wasted. I think that the manila colour will work well against the bright colours of our designs, and the string tie function adds visual interest and also provides more of an interactive element for the audience.
